Yosemite Fountain

Good Morning Jacquie:
The Fountain arrived yesterday and I had two of our men put it up today - it
is glorious!!! So much more natural than the other one, in fact, everyone in
the office has had their say and all prefer it.
I would like to know if there are chemicals or something natural that I
could add to the water to stop the build-up of the calcium deposits. The
water in the old one started to smell of copper burn (that's the only way I
can explain it) and when you got close it was quite pungent. If you could
ask them what we could add I would be so obliged.

  Subj: My brother

Jacquie,

My brother  recently ordered a fountain from you.  I believe he shared with you that I, too, have MS.   We just spoke
on the phone last night and I was telling him about my fundraising efforts for the upcoming MS walk in which I will be participating
in Nashville, Tennessee.  It was then that he told me about your fountains and about your MS and how a portion of your earnings are
donated to the MS Society.  That is so great!  He said that he talked to you and it seems like your progression is similar to mine.
I have had 4 attacks in 9 years, so I am doing pretty well.  He said that you were mostly affected by fatigue.  That is my biggest
problem.  I have become very involved with the MS Society and raising money.  I am also going to be involved in a new peer
counseling program for the newly diagnosed.  I really hope that I can be of some help to people going through that initial shock and
fear of being diagnosed. 

I have no real reason to write other than I so admire what you are doing.  Alex said you tried to cut back on working and you only
work on fountains when you feel well.  However, you also have a bed and breakfast?  I would think that would be so exhausting.  Good
luck in your endeavors.  Write if you need to share MS stories.  It took me a while to decide it was okay to even meet other people
with MS.  Since I have not had anything really terrible yet, (at least in comparison to others I am meeting) I was not ready to see
how bad it could get.  I'm okay with most of it now.  I just want to work as hard as possible to end this disease.  I'm told a cure
is 5 - 10 years away and from what I'm reading, I believe that it is true.

Subj: Nojoqui Waterfall

Hello Jacquie,
I am sending you a picture of our Najoqui waterfall.  It looks great, sounds
great, and works perfectly! As you can see, I managed to conceal all of the
wiring.  In addition, I tied all of the electrical to a "hidden" switch
recessed about one inch behind the slate -- just slip you fingers between
the wall and the slate, flip the switch, and enjoy the ambiance.

Jacquie, wonderful work. I have been on the web for the last hour and your
fountains has been the best I have seen so far. Maybe your tastes are
similar to mine. My name is David and I am with a restaurant group in
western Canada. We are affiliated with The Earl's Restaurant chain and
combined we have over 65 restaurants across Canada and a few Earl's in the
States. I am very interested in the Niagara Falls Fountain for my next
restaurant starting in September. Do you have one in stock, and or how
quickly can you fabricate one for us?

Subj: Waterfall

Hi Jacquie,
Just wanted to let you know that I received the Slate Tower waterfall and it is great!!! It is set up in our computer room on the first floor and we keep it on all of the time. Now I want to get more waterfalls, but I'll have to wait a bit.
I haven't been back to the doctor yet, but I also have not had any more problems, so hopefully the incident was just related to the fever. I hope you are doing well. When I am ready to get another waterfall, I will contact you!!! Deirdre Herwig

Hi Jacquie!
How are you?  I ordered a nature bowl fountain from you several weeks ago.  It is so beautiful set up in my entry -- I have already received many compliments on it.  I was just on your website and noticed that you have added to and changed it since I was last there.  It looks great!  I am thinking of another fountain, maybe a small one for my bedroom.  I also like the sodalite candleholder.

My new fountain arrived today and I wanted to tell you its just as
beautiful in person as it is on your web site- even prettier.  At night it
just glows and I love the sound- I ordered two other fountains and yours
came with the best pump and light- very nice quality!  I added a few shells
of my own that are orange and white and they are gorgeous over the
