I hope that you are satisfied and delighted with everything you purchase from me.
However, if this is not the case;
I will promptly provide an exchange, gift certificate for later use, or issue a refund check; following
receipt of the item by you. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless due to an error by me. A restocking fee may also be applied to certain items.

Returns must be made in original condition within 30 days, and in the item's original packaging, appropriately insured. I must be aware of the return before it is sent back, so that I can supervise proper handling of exchanges or credits.

Custom orders are non-refundable.

SPECIAL NOTE ON GOODS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT:

Be sure to inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives! If the product has been damaged during shipment, you must contact me IMMEDIATELY (within 24 hrs), as the shipper has only a limited time to make a claim with the Delivery Company. A replacement shipment will be sent to you as soon as you notify me of a damaged shipment.
